First grow Any tips on what to do at this point to avoid any issues with the lights/height ?
Super Crop would be the only option that I know of

Yes supercropping as @Mpower11 suggest is a excellent way to keep the burn away.
Also if you dont feel comfortable bending your stalks without breaking them you can supercrop using grobos supports or your choice of supports to keep the plants from touching the lights!
