Clone from Nursery

If I buy a clone from a nursery. And it has the pod on the bottom.
Can i just transfer/put that in where I would put the coco pod and seed?

Thanks!

Very cool. Thanks for details much appreciated. Pics are amazing! Sorry for so many questions. Are the roots meant to surge in res? If so is there a mineral de-scaler for grobo? Thanks again for warm welcomes and answering all my questions.

Thanks @SilverGrobo , I am thinking of a similar method with a bigger tray and risers for my clone cup holders and turn it into a giant kratky tray.

This may be a better idea, make a swimming pool of floaters i guess, thanks for the idea.
