Drop a couple drops of water on the shell to soften it up for removal. Wait a few minutes to see if she shakes it off or remove it very carefully with tweezers.
Try your best to post your question once so we are not working overtime to answer duplicate questions and can use that time to answer everyone’s post in a fair amount of time.
