Can't log into support? [RESOLVED]

I had a question about something and I sent it to support on the one link. Then I went to sign in and it said I was not allowed and to contact help. I used the same email I am here.

“You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.”

The website could be down maybe!

Hey @TheDogMan,

This website and our support center are different systems. You will need to signup first, then you can log in.

Thanks, I was just trying and it’s odd.

When I try to create an account, it says one already exists. Then when I try to log in, it does not take any passwords even my saved one.

Then when I try to use the reset password link, I get the same error: “You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.”

I can use a different email I guess.

Thanks a lot.

So with this portal, an agent can log in, but so can a customer. I do see your email in the system already, but not much else. (No name for example)

Can you try the password reset again, I’ve tweaked a setting and you should receive an email to allow you to proceed.

OK thanks that did it. I got in and fixed my name and all that.
