Hello, my building briefly lost power. When it came back the grobo wasn’t following the light schedule and the air stone hasn’t been pumping. I tried a fill to see if a top off would fix it but it did not.
Any ideas? Ive unplugged and waited 30 second a couple times. Also sent a note to support@grobo
Short of taking the Grobo apart and inspecting the air pump and it’s connections, you have done all you can do. I say you wait for a response or run out to an aquarium shop and get yourself a spare air pump.
